After a considerable diligent evaluation of the care plans we have offered at Cypress Veterinary Hospital, we have concluded that our pet parents’ resources can be better spent on alternative options, such as a pet insurance plan. Unfortunately, many of our clients do not fully utilize the care plans we have offered, which results in wasted funds for items a pet does not use/does not need during the course of the care plan. This is in direct conflict with our goal to provide quality medicine at competitive pricing. Moving forward, we will not be offering any NEW clinic care plans or RENEWING any existing care plans that are expiring.
We will continue to honor existing care plans until Mid 2024, and will make our best efforts to communicate with each pet parent regarding utilizing all of the services their individual plan offers before expiring.
Again, we have not made this decision lightly and continue to have you, our client, as well as our patients’ best interest at heart.
